The popularity of TikTok has already been noticed by thousands of brands around the world, but few seem to have clearly understood the dynamics in order to achieve a relevant presence. There are few that can be taken as an example to know what others can do that seek to reach this space where short-form videos, challenges, hashtags, and trends abound.

The Washington Post: This newspaper is also another proof that not only brands that sell mass consumer products or fashion can take advantage of a social network like TikTok.When taking a walk through their profile it is possible to notice the twist they have decided to give to their presence in this space by showing a more human side of their brand. Much of its content leverages humor and entertainment while addressing issues of national events in the United States.

Netflix: Beyond its popularity in the world, something Netflix does very well on its TikTok account is work with content. The brand knows very well how to set trends. Since they have hours and hours of content to choose from, the creativity of the account depends on the way the videos are framed. On the other hand, you can also see how they show interesting elements of their productions, such as behind the scenes or the way they edit some of their products so that they look amazing on the screen.

So in the end we need to understand the customer, and how social media can be a benefit for our brand. We need to break the ice, not to be afraid to try and try.
